Playing companion · Room operations

Know where you stand. Before you walk in.

T4BL connects a member’s phone to the floor, the cage and the kitchen. Tables, seats, waitlists, chips, money and service, in one live picture of the room: for the people playing and the people running it.

Live tablesSeat offers with a clockEvery chip on the record

What T4BL promises

Players see the room.

Which tables are open, who is waiting, where you stand in the line and what your seat is worth tonight. From the invitation to the cashout.

Staff see the players.

One console for the floor, the cage, the dealer, hospitality and service. Seats, trays, buy-ins and tips move on screen the moment they move in the room.

Money stays exact.

Balances, buy-ins and cashouts live on an append-only ledger. Nothing is edited after the fact; a correction is a new entry with a name on it.

The player

A night, as the member sees it.

The app is a playing companion, not a lobby. It is quiet until something concerns you, and exact when it does.

01 · Arrive

The room is already yours.

Open the app and tonight is laid out: which tables are live, who from your circle is playing, what the kitchen is serving and when it closes. Opt in to arrival and the club knows you are here before you reach the desk. Your location itself never leaves the phone.

  • Members-only clubs, joined by invitation
  • Discover clubs near you; distance is computed on your own device
Good evening: balance, tonight’s tables and your clubs
Discover: clubs near you with membership by request

02 · Wait

Join the line from the car park.

Pick a stake and you are in the queue for every open table playing it. Your position updates as seats turn over. When one is yours the offer arrives with a clock, and you accept or decline with a tap.

  • One queue per table, ordered by when you joined
  • A seat offer with a countdown, never a shout across the room
Waiting: number 3 of 9 for NLH 500/1000, joined 01:10
Seat offer with a 2:30 countdown

03 · Play

Your seat, your session, your table.

Seat number, session clock, buy-ins and chips in flight. Call time when you want to leave, request chips from the seat, order from the kitchen, message the host. The table itself is drawn live: who sits where, who is on a break, who is waiting behind you.

  • Chip requests are confirmed at the cage before a runner brings them
  • Call time tells the floor when your seat opens
Playing: Table 4, Seat 6, session 1h 24m, chips pending

04 · Settle

Rack up, and the numbers are already there.

Your night settles the moment you leave the table: result, balance, what stays in credit and what you take home. Every buy-in, deposit and cashout is a line on your statement, by club and by event.

  • Cashouts are approved by the club, in cash or recorded for later
  • Your position with the club and with your sponsor, on one page
Session ended: net result, bought in, racked up, cash out
Your money: balance, statement lines and receipts

The live table

It understands the table, not just the booking.

Most software stops at the door. T4BL draws the felt: nine seats, who holds each one, how long they have been sitting, what they bought in for, and what is happening around the ring. Players and the floor look at the same table.

  • Seats, not slotsEach seat carries a name, a session clock and a buy-in. A break holds the seat; an open seat is open.
  • Call timeA player calls time; the floor sees when the seat will open, and the offer goes out the moment it does.
  • Waiting behind this tableEvery table has its own line. The board on the wall shows the same count the phones do.
  • The all-night figureTonight’s total across sessions, so a re-buy is never a surprise to anyone.

Money

Cash at the cage. Every movement on the record.

There is no card on file and no gateway. Money enters as cash at the cage, chips leave from a tray with a name on it, and every step between is an entry nobody can edit.

  • Buy-ins draw on balance and headroomA credit limit is agreed per event. A request past it is blocked before any chip moves.
  • Chips are confirmed, then carriedA request from the seat is approved at the cage before any chip is carried over. The player sees it pending, then issued.
  • Cashouts are approved, never automaticLeave winnings in balance, take cash, or record a digital payout. Every cashout carries a club approval.
  • Face ID before chipsStaff sale codes are scanned in the app and the purchase is confirmed with the device’s own biometrics.
Buy chips: 30,000 requested, approved at the cage, earlier requests listed
Your money: 128,400 in credit, statement by day

Hospitality

Service at the seat.

A menu that knows where you are sitting, a host who knows your thread, and a pass that gets you through the door.

  • Order without leaving the handKitchen and bar menus, availability and closing time. Ordered from the seat, delivered to the seat.
  • One thread with the houseRequests and questions go to hospitality staff, who see only the members in their care.
  • Your passA rotating code identifies you at the desk and the cage. Every scan is receipted back to you.

Operators

The room, run from one console.

Floor, cage, dealers, hospitality, service and the owner each get the view their job needs, on shared tablets in a dim room, with money and game state they can trust.

One connected system

Every screen is a view of the same room.

A seat opened on the floor tablet is a seat offered on a phone. A buy-in recorded by the dealer is a movement in the cage. An order placed from seat six lands on the service queue with the table on it. Nothing is re-keyed.

Trust

Built for money, and for the people handling it.

Append-only ledger

Balances are the sum of entries nobody can edit. Corrections are new entries with a name on them.

Every action audited

Each stateful action writes an immutable audit entry: who, in which role, what, before and after.

One device per member

A new sign-in retires the old device. Staff sign in with a personal phone number and a PIN.

Location stays on the phone

Arrival detection is opt-in and computes on your device. No coordinate is ever sent.

No trackers

No analytics SDKs, no advertising pixels, no cookies. This site and the apps run without them.

Erasure on request

Delete your account from the app. Identity is anonymised; the club’s books keep only the amounts.

Open the room

The player app runs in your browser today.

It installs to your home screen and signs you in with a one-time code. Members join a club by invitation; staff sign in to the console with their club phone.
